Leasing and managing homes throughout the Kansas City area is all we do. Our specialty is rental homes in Johnson County. We do not sell homes or manage commercial or multifamily property. Our efforts are focused strictly on residential property management in order to deliver consistent quality services to clients without the distraction of residential sales. Finding a renter and maintaining your investment gets our full and undivided attention. HRS serves the needs of investors, expatriates, and relocation companies.

We dedicate our attention to this one important area of real estate and consistently approach the management of our client's homes without the burden of trying to be all things to all clients. Investing our time and resources in being active members of both the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) means that we have committed to some very high Standards of Practice and a very strict Code of Ethics.
